Anyone have used this boad intel D975XBX rev. 304 with Conroe and maybe Kentsfield proc, is this good for OC ? Like Abit or Asus

i do not think intel board will let you oc its processor.

i think you're wrong.. intel unlock their chipset and been open for overclocking since the i865 chipset..

search the web and you will find lot of intel core to intel motherboard overclocing[/img]

i do not think intel board will let you oc its processor.


i think you're wrong.. intel unlock their chipset and been open for overclocking since the i865 chipset..

search the web and you will find lot of intel core to intel motherboard overclocing[/img]

The chipset doesn't matter... it's the BIOS that counts.

But Intel boards will let you overclock, just not as much as some others will let you, like Asus or DFI boards
!
