Hi there,

I think you need to open up the casing to check the socket inside.
Maybe the wire connection is loosen or maybe some soldering is required.

When you open up the casing, please becareful of the residual high voltage inside. And keep it unplug while you are checking the socket!

If you don't want to risk shocking the bajeezus out of yourself, why don't you try duck taping the power cord to the monitor? That would be cheap and safe. :)

Check to make sure the power cord is fully plugged into the back of the monitor.
