Can this PSU power my new system?

my new system will be:

Opteron 165 OCed to around 3.0ghz
DFI lanparty sli-dr expert
2x XFX 7900gt voltmodded to 1.4 or 1.5v each
WD Raptor 74gb
Maxtor 200gb sata 7200rpm storage drive
2 120mm case fans
1 80mm case fan
Black Ice GT Stealth 360 rad w/ 3 120mm fans
swiftech mcp-655 pump

i looking at the Hiper Type-r 580w, it has dual 12v rails, modular cables, and it matches my case mod plans i have for my new system. Im just worried it wont put out enough power when im ocing that high and i have both my video cards running at max when playing games, etc. My other choice would be the OCZ gamerxtreme 700w but that doesnt have modular cables. Can the hiper type-r power my system or should i go with the OCZ?

There is a thermaltake 750w, mushkin 650w and enermax 620w all are modular.

You might consider the Enermax Liberty ELT620AWT. Its modular and last I read, it has a better efficiency rating than the Hyper.
