Question about Abit flashmenu

I just installed Abit's Flashmenu on my Abit NF7 v2.0 and i was wondering how reliable is it when using it to flash the bios? Has anyone had any bad experiences with it? Thanks.

I would post an answer for you, but I have never touched an Abit motherboard, so I would not be of much help.
