Betaplayer let's you select playback speeds between 10% and 200%, so that
might be the thing for you.

Michael,
I installed BetaPlayer on my new 4700 (just upgraded from a 5555) this week.
Michael is correct, this will let you through a number of different playback
speeds (10%, 25%, 50, 80, 90, 100, 110, 150 and 200% - should be selective
enough for you) and zooms (almost as comprehensive) as well as changing
pixel aspect ratios on the fly. You will also need to install the asf
plugin in order to get it to recognize the movie files.
THEN, just to save you the same headache I experienced, you will need to
associate the movie files with BetaPlayer. Use a file explorer (native one,
Resco, etc...) to navigate to the file. Tap-Hold on the movie (don't double
tap it) to pop open the menu and select "Associate With" then navigate to
the BetaPlayer exe file and choose this program to play this type of movie
file.
Hope this helps,
Terry
