It only means that is has been tested and runs stable on DDR2 800. But it can take 533, 667, or higher. My motherboard (GA-8N SLI Royal) has native support for DDR2 667 and I'm using the Cosair DDR2 XMS 533 and it works fine. I even do some high overclocking and set the ram from 533 to 400 and still works flawlessly. So with that motherboard it should work with no problem using 667.
