Why is Sharikou not banned

Don't Worry about him being banned or not. Just keep yourself busy in your affairs. Let Shakira Come in and do his Drive by Posting. its lets the Fourm get restless and re-settle. and some people end up changing positions and some even end up reinforcing them

He isn't banned 'cos he adds some much needed humour to these forum"z".

I generally believe that people should be able to post their opinions on this and any other forum. However, Sharikou has clearly violated one the the Rules Of Conduct in the Terms of Service Agreement at least once.

His recent post about Intel filling for chapter clearly violates the following:

1. knowingly false
2. defanatory
3. misleading
4. inaccurate

Of course he is welcome to share his beliefs, as long as it is in a respectful manor... irregardless of whether or not his statements are valid... There are enough sensible people here that will challenge him, and the truth will be evident, at least to those who can discern fact from fiction... or want to discern reality...

Obviously, if your backing links were not from shakira's or LMM's blog sites... then they have not validity... thus will not be tolerated...

Theres no way of catching him, he just pops in, creates topic, copy&pastes some BS and runz off again and all that takes less than 10 seconds

This guy needs some serious help. Banning may give him a panic attack. I can give up some of my Prozac to help him feel better. Show some love brothers.

Anybody who gets a panic attack from being banned from a Forum has some serious issues. In fact anybody who takes anything posted here personally.

If we were anywhere near bankrupt, I think you can safely assume our stock price would a lot lower than it is. Amazingly, this guy now believes he knows more than the analysts from UBS, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, etc, most of which have upgraded Intel's stock rating in the past few months. This guy is a real piece of delusional fanboy work.

But hey - everyone's entitled to their opinion.

PS - It would be very amusing if the market did make a move based on some disinfo he posted. Not only would the SEC probably be all over him, but I can only imagine how many shareholder lawsuits he'd be on the receiving end of. People are NOT amused when you cost them money in the market.

Sorry but Intel is not a person, but a company and you would have to prove all of that in a court of law. Proving someone knew somehting was false is VERY difficult.

Sharikou sure is one smart cat, i wonder how many people hit his "blog" these days. The more people talk about him, the more people will head on there to read his stuff lol

First of all, how old are you? Because that was a school boy remark.
How about this, you can be his spokesperson. Since you are the believer
of his true facts. DEfend him. Not with Bullshxx, but with your own facts.
It's OK to be an AMD fanboy, and not believe everything he states.
If you do, you lost any credibility that you have. He's an embarrassment

What I dislike about him, is that there's no discussion with him. I'm
all for free speech. But this is dump and run. Why? Because he probably

As far as banning, I see him as dumping to promote his blog. Which is
just advertisement. A reason to be banned. If his threads get locked
out all the time, why?

I come to this forum to learn from people who have a lot more experience
than me, and as I build/overclock/ have success/failures I want to
share my own experiences. Hearing him rant and rave and being
a spin master for AMD has no positive effect in a forum, except for
the humor aspect. Plus - I feel he's using this forum to benefit his
own agenda. Maybe he wants to be a writer for the theinquirer.
