Vista and WDDM?

How do you know which card(s) will work for Vista? I'm probably not going to upgrade to Vista in the first year. How do you know which ones have WDDM and what is it?

There is a URL for hardware qualifier on the vista website. Ive posted it on the "Other Software" forum. If your PC passes for XP, then you should have no troubles.
