Im snagging a pentium D 930. I am going to do some overclocking, but not much. I was thinking about getting the P5ND2-SLI, but as someone pointed out it has issues with some of the 9xx processers.

Any suggestions for which one I should snag up? I need the IEEE part on the mobo, pci-e 16x. I dont need SLI, but if it comes with it I wont turn it down. And am obviously going to use some DDR2 800mhz. I am tossing in a bfg 7900gt 256 in there.

I can go up to I think like $120 USD.

Thanks in advance,

Sounds like you're going to have a set-up similar to mine. I have the next model above this, but I could only find an open-box model of mine for sale. These, motherboards are pretty kick ass, I'm able to OC my 930 up to 3.45Ghz without adjusting any voltage levels.

Edit: I didn't notice this MOBO wasn't DDR2 @ 800, but I would deffinatly go with something similar.
