View Sonic VP930b, is there a problem?

Hey I bought a viewsonic Vp930b and when I got it the DVI connect didn't work, so I sent for a replacement and when I got the new monitor, again the dvi connection didn't work. I have tried the monitor on 2 other computers, and still the dvi connection does not work. Can someone help me and tell me if there is something I'm doing wrong. Thanks for the help
oh and if it matters, I'm using windows XP pro, with a BFG geforce 7900 oc 512mb GPU with 2 dvi conectors on it.

Have you tried a different DVI cable? DVI-A, DVI-I, DVI-D Single link, or DVI-D Dual link? Dual link is incompatible with my VP2030b at high res, so I need to use single link. Also, try starting windows in a really low resolution, and then plugging in the DVI.
