im wanting to build a new system with the new AM2 socket that way i can have a system that will be upgradeable for the near future, however im holding out until DFI releases a LANparty board in socket AM2. does anyone know when this will happen? hopefully it will be cheaper than the ASUS board, although i dont really care as i hear much less complaints about DFI boards.


side note- in case any of you havent, check out the prices on the AM2 athlon 64s on newegg, they are freakin cheap! 3800 for like 140! 3000 for like 95! yes they are single core, but from what i read of the reviews they overclock very well and are real fast.
