PocketPC2003 deploy error

I'm receiving a error message when deploying a smart device application from
VS.NET 2003 to PocketPC 2002/2003. It says: "There were deploy

erros". Sometimes I managed this by doing a soft reset on the Emulator. It
worked for a couple of deploys, but it stopped working again.

In some cases, it finished the deployment, but didn't start the aplication.
So, I had to go after the file through the File Explorer and start the
aplication manually.

Do you have any ideia what could be the problem?
