Im trying to replace the fan of a XFX 6600GT 256Mb AGP card with the Iceberq 5 VGA cooler from Newegg that recieved today. My problem is that there are these arrowhead like plastic fasteners that are holding my old fan to the board, is there anyway to remove these things, cuz I dont wana damage my card by trying to force them out.

Use a pair of either forcepts, tweezers, or needle nosed pliers, squeeze the arrowhead points together carefully and the spring pressure should pull them through the board.
