Hauppague WIN TV PVR 500 dual nVIDIA 7600GT not work

Hi,
with my dual nVIDIA 7600GT's SLI working fine. Every time I add my Hauppague WIN TV PVR 500 Dual card I power up see windows trying to start and then the screen goes dark and it justs sits there fans running nothing else. I have put the Hauppague card in every other PCI slot and the same thing happens. 600 Watt power supply.

Yeah i have a similar problem (sorta). I just bought a Hauppauge WinTV PVR 150 MCE. and if the tuner drivers are installed, COD2 drops by about 10-15 frames. and some games freeze right at the menu. (Republic Commandos, Chronicle of Riddick). Oh and overall system performance is down.
