Displaying messages onto IP phones

Hello,

I would like to know how to do to display a short message on an IP phone
(Cisco) at the end of a call... The idea is to send the cost of the call to
the user...

Could someone give at least a starting point ?

"hello" message on cisco 7960 ip-phone?
