Anyone have any experience with this? Our set up is fairly simple; we have
4 locations in 3 states connected via VPN over dsl lines of various speeds
(1.5meg, 768, 768, 512 all asynchronous). VPN works great, but when I've
experimented with netmeeting there is a 3 or 4 second lag in the voice and
the video is pretty choppy. Do I need frame connections to get the QOS
that is needed or is it possible to make our set up work.

Once your data enters the VPN the QOS gets eaten! Sorry, but I think you
cannot combine the two because your network can no longer give priority
to the VoIP when needed.

Give priority to the VPN perhaps?
