I have an Opteron dual core 2.0 ghtz with stock cooling fan and artic 5 for thermal paste. When useing a data recovery application for a hard drive, one core is at about 50% while the other core is at 10%. The reported cpu temp is at 43 C. Is that good, bad, or average?
