The regular 840 (NOT pro) prices are right above the Pro prices in this article and they're far from retail prices that I'm seeing. I'd appreciate it if people who would accuse someone of poor reading skills would actually read the article before posting nonsense.

As far as I can tell, the non-Pro 840 does not support encryption? So if I want a half a terabyte of storage with hardware encryption, I have to pay $200, or 50% more ($600 vs $400 street price)?

Why couldn't you just use Truecrypt?

honestly this isnt to bad considering the game is 60$ new
if you want the game and an ssd, not a bad deal

also, ubisoft removed online only drm, and issued an apology a while back.
