I know that although 7600gt is 128-bit, and usually cost way less than over-priced x800xl is BETTER than 256-bit x800xl.

But this is a diffrent situation.

I can actually get...
x800xl 256mb 256-bit for $130 CDN!
(funny thing is in NCIX, its worth $300+)
BFG 7600GT OC for $190 CDN!

I think it is a really good deal.
Which one should i get?

(its my budget pc)
running with D930,1gb dd2 and AsRock mobo
I Might oc a little.

P.S are they both good enough to run Vista and CS 1.6 at max?
(i know that 9800pro can run it 100+ fps constant EASY)

7600GT is better since it's comparable (or better in some cases) than a X850XT. If you want to spend few extra $$$ for a 7600GT, then go for the 7600GT.

Both a good for the money. Both perform similar, I'd say go for the 7600GT.

7600GT is 128-bit, but in this case, it's not an issue.

If you really want ATI, go for the X850XT, but I'd recommend the 7600GT.

Damn, a BFG 7600 GT for only $190? Great deal. Take it!
I love the 7600 GT, it's a great performer for it's cost, not to mention BFG's perks (ie Lifetime warranty)
