need help on over clocking my 7900gt

I just got a PNY 7900gt i just need to overclock it but i dont know how.








System

psu:ultraV series 500watt

mobo: ASUS A8N-VM

cpu:AMD A64 3200+

hardrive: maxtor sata 100gb

ram:2 gb of corsair value select pc 3200 400mhz

video card: PNY 7900gt

Download the registry editor CoolBits. Overclock at your own caution.

thx for telling me that it really helped but now i have another question.

my settings are 450mhz for gpu and 660mhz for ram what would be a safe overclocking level to be at.
