Is it possible to query active directory to know all the folders that a user
X can access????

Nop ... the file permissions are not stored in AD they're stored on each
file server NTFS tables ... you can run xcacls.exe (from the resource kit)
on each file server and extract the information (you'll need to work the
data a bit but everything is there)
