Pent D 805 Dual Core @ 2.66MHz - hit me with your best shot!

Tom's overclocking article recommends using a costly, top end ASUS or Gigabyte board for this CPU. But I'm limited to $100-$130, onboard RAID and video card are optional. I'm not planning to overclock just yet, but would like to cover (up to 3.1 GHz) - no more.
