Hi,

I just order a Celeron D 351 (3.2 GHz) and I am already thinking about switching to the Pentium D 805. However, I am wondering if my power supply will be able to provide enough power to this Dual Core. Here are the Antec SL 350 specs:

12V Rail: 21A ~= max 252 Watts
5V Rail : 35A ~= max 175 Watts
3.3V Rail ~= max 92 Watts

This is the 3.3V rail that upset me: is this where the processor draws its power? 92Watt does not seems much especially if I am going to overclock in the future :-) ...

So the bottom question is should I buy another power supply even if I am running the Pentium 805 D at stock speed?

Thank you!

Sylvain
