flimsy??? .8mm is flimsy but not when the PC is filled up.

anyways

the thermaltake armor is a good choice, Lian Li has unbeatable workmanship. So i would recommend the Lian Li.

After looking at the Lian Li's a bagillion times, I finally settled on this one. Thanks to Rich for helping me focus...

What I like about it: 12cm front fan. Door fan, CPU exhaust fan. Clean front panel. Easy PS and mobo rear access. Nice mix of HD, 3.5 and 5.25 bay space.

What I don't like about it: Lower front USB panel. Would like it to hold a couple more HDs and in the process accept another 12cm front fan. Doesn't have a blowhole. Side door latch mechanism.

Anyway, the likes outweigh the dislikes, the quality is excellent and it's so clean looking, I bought one to house the Conroe rig I'm planning to put together. I'll add my own blowhole. Wonder how much I can get for my P4 Vaio box?

I recently built a system with the Thermaltake Tsunami case you linked. I came away impressed at the craftmanship and the tool less design. Comes With 2 120MM fans wich IMO are wayyy better than 80MM noisewise...The front Panel is made of rigid aluminum with magnets to keep it closed As opposed to latches that often break off after a couple of months of everyday use. There are usb/firewire and audio jacks atop the case instead of at the bottom or hidden away in an unreachable place...Overall pretty good case... and @ ~100$ its a good deal IMO.

As far as the number of included fans goes i agree you get "more" for just a tad more money, but if I recall correctly, PcGamer did a review of a AEONCRAFT system a couple of months back where they used that case, and they gave poor reviews about it because of the apparent "Flimsyness" and poor construction of that case...IMO sturdiness in a computer case is indispensable, but also i was wondering how can it cost that much over in the states, because here i had it for like 95$ canadian..Mind that it came w/o any PSU...

Just as a reference it was in the June 2006 Issue of PcGamer

I have both the armor and the tsunami, I like the looks of all of the cases you chose but you have to decide what you want more.

The armor is the only full size case you chose so it will give you more expandability and it will have better air flow (comes with 2 120mm and 2 80mm). I added another 120mm in the front and one 120mm in the side, both intakes.

Lian Li are great cases and if you like simple and sleek then i'd go with them, little expensive though.

You can mod the side intake fan of the tsunami and replace the stock 80mm with a 120mm, just some dremel work.
