We have a single forest Win2k domain with 2 DC's. Added\created a win2k3 DC
for a child domain which is at a remote site. I want to move the user
accounts from the remote site into the child domain. MoveTree and ADMT-2
don't work because the win2k3 server is not running in native mode.

Other than upgrading the win2k DC's to 2k3 or adding in the accounts
manually, is there any way to migrate the users' accounts to the child domain?

If you're running 2000 and 2003 why are you still in Mixed mode? Do you have
BDCs still in use? If not, upgrade the 2000 to Native and use movetree again.
