Should I personally replace or take it to a shop?

My laptop screen was broken tonight. As a normal person would do, I researched what I'm dealing with. The Youtube videos show that it seems pretty easy to replace it, but I'm afraid I might screw up my laptop by doing that.
Should I go ahead and try and replace it with a new one, ($100 screen), or take it to a computer shop?

Solution
Fix it your self it is not hard to do. A shop will add a chunk to the price my guess would be another 100 bucks on top off the 100 dollar screen.

Is it worth replacing anyways? I mean how good is this laptop to justifiy spending a 100 on the screen itself? Then add in costs of the repair shop.

You already watched the video, so now it's up to you to decide if you can do it or not. I don't know your skills, but for me if you can get to it (usually the hardest part lol) then you can probably do it. Specially if the video showed if you needed special tools or not.
