Pricing; who knows. Extreme geeks are showing ATI/NV that they will pay big bucks for performance. $399-$499 used to be the tops at launch, but that has climbed. I'd suspect $599-649 retial price and street prices by supply/( demand will be high if they are good). I am hoping $599 max, but $699 wouldn't even shock me if the performance is there. Hopefully they will have a sub $400 version that will dog X1900XTX and 7900GTX.

Well i just built my new rig a few weeks ago, and all this new stuff is jumping in. i got 2 7900GTXs in SLi, and i have the S939 X2 4800 oc'ed to 2.6, did i make a bad move doing this? I plan to get a DX10 card, but it might not be till around May of next year. Did i screw myself over? Or am i good for now?

you are plenty good for now.
But with s939, you don't have much upgrade path.
And when you change, you'll have to change board, cpu, ram as well...
