Hello,
You can customize the Windows Desktop for your Active Directory Clients with
Group Policies.

Use the follow settings within a Group Policy that effect the particular
clients.

Active Desktop Wallpaper:

Screen Saver executable name:
http://www.chrisse.se/GPO.asp?ID=1286

Screen Saver:
http://www.chrisse.se/GPO.asp?ID=1285
