A8N-VM and DDR 266MHz?

Hi
This MoBo supports DDR PC2100?, supposely the processor have the controller memory and the Athlon 64 supports 266MHz? or not?
The manual says only DDR 400/333Mhz is supported.

But the website says:

Or the manual is wrong or the website, if i bought the mobo following the specs of the website it possible that the system doesn't work.
