I know its the cheap version of ASUS but i like it.

Is this mobo okay?
It is conroe supporting and has agp+pci-e AND ddr1 and ddr2 support
which is pretty much everything.

Would i be able to o/c to around 3.5ghz (3.0ghz stock)
with D930 and ddr2 5400 1gb ram?

how fast would D930 oced to 3.5 be compared to AMD in gaming performance

around 3700+?

thanks, i'm going to check it out there & other places as well & see if anyone has it yet & what they think about it. it may be a great sleeper board in that its low priced but may perform as well as the big name do when conroe comes out.
