Pharos GPS i700 Comm Not Communicating

I just reimaged my device. Installed MapPoint and Ostia that comes with the
Pharos GPS.

I can't get it to work on any Comm 1,2,3,4 or 9.

Does anyone know the proper setting or another trick? I don't seem to recall
this problem before. I just plugged it in, found the comm and off I went.

Just a note for anyone reading this one google a year from now. Problem
resolved.

I found my cd and it had all the files I needed. All the necessary cab files
for the SDIO drivers weren't posted on their site along with the exe. I told
them about it.
