Power Down Problem - Not quite right

Need some help with a power down issue with an A8N32-SLI Deluxe motherboard. I recently replaced my mobo and cpu - ever since when I power down the system - it doesn't fully power down. The fans keep running, mb lights stay on etc. Previously it fully shut down. Sure I am missing something simple - but buggered if I can find it. have fiddled with BIOS etc and gotten no joy. System is :-

ASUS A8N32-SLI Deluxe Mobo
AMD Athlon 64 4200+ Dual Core Processor (939)
ASUS EN7900GT Videocard
3 x 512MB PC3200 Kingmax RAM
Skyhawk GM-520SC Powersupply

Previous mobo was an ASUS K8N-# Deluxe and cpu was Althon 64 3200+.
