Last night while i was putting my new computer together, i noticed that the temperature readings on my p5n32-sli was reporting an incorrect cpu temperature. The temp for the motherboard looked about right, but theres no way in hell my cpu was at 30c. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Bios update!

I presume that you are on a 9xx CPU????

Get the latest Bios from asus website and it will "fix" this problem.....

Dont be suprised if the new bios reads your cpu at around 45-50....

heat diode is still the most accurate way of recording temps.
