The top one has activity LED lights on the sticks, the middle one has "EPP (Enhanced Performance Profiles) and also SLI certified" and the bottom one is just regular DDR2 800MHz, no extra features.

The first one has LEDs - yay...
Compared to the 2nd and 3rd ones its dumb since it has 5-5-5-12 timings and has LEDs. You can just screw the LEDs and get the 3rd one at 5-5-5-12 for like $70 less.
(unless you like the LEDs, then whatever).

The 2nd one has tighter timings (4-4-4-12) - If you have an AM2 socket, you want want to opt for these since performance may differ against the 5-5-5-12 ones.

The 3rd one is just run of the mill regular 5-5-5-12 RAM.

They're all the same speed (DDR2 800), so if you have an intel system, performance is probably going to be the same.

If you have an amd system, you may want to consider the 4-4-4-12 ones more. But I doubt you'd take a big hit on performance for going 5-5-5-12. Is it worth the $66 difference? IMHO, not really.

And I'm telling you to do some research on the chipset you're going to use. I have no idea what chipset you're going to use.

"If it will work good" isn't really a question.. It'll work, sure. Will it work well??? That depends on what chipset you're going to use. If you use some far out there chipset from some no-name company, it might work horribly. If you use 975 or the nforce chipset, it will probably work great. Hence, do some research on the chipset you're going to use or try to lay out all the information you have. (E.g. tell us you have a E6600, tell us what motherboard you have, tell us all your specs)

And I'm not going to assume anything because that's how everyone gets confused. :)
