hec 550w

I would like to ask for your advise if the HEC 550w is already enough for this rig that im using:

here is my setup..

Pentium D 930
Asus P5WD2-E Premium mobo
2pcs. apogee 512mb 667 (1GB total)
7300GT v. card
Scythe Ninja Plus CPU cooler w/120mm Black Fan or Sunbeam 120mm Blue LED Fan)
1pc. 160 seagate sata
1pc. 120 ide
1pc. lite-on dvd writer
1pc. lite-on cd rom
1pc. FDD
mars 337 casing
usually using 3 usb/s

I know you might suggest for me to use the psu calculator but I would really appreciate it if you can give your comments and opinions on this..

prolly, its a no-name brand, single rail with 17 amps. sure, u better not overclock or get a better gfx card.
