For those of you who have rushed to judgement and were ready to convict Intel of wrongdoing before there was even an official investigation:

Are you prepared to offer an apology?
My take is that if it was proven that Intel did something wrong, by all means, let the punishment commence. However, let's keep things in perspective here...making such strong statements like, "Well, I guess this is intel's way of being 'competitive'. " and "How disgusting, shows Intels desperation at trying to regain market share in the last couple of years." is jumping the gun a bit, don't you think?
So, even if the German government decides tomorrow there is enough evidence afterall, that's still no grounds for a conviction...until a full investigation has been completed.
