Found this stuff on newegg, when I was poking around for a new video card.

Here is a comparrion chart:

X1900XT vid cards

First question is, technically, they all have the same specs. So what is the difference? Are we talking brand name here? Extras?

One of the cards is $326 and from what I can tell, it just has the card and drivers.

That appears to be a pretty good deal. Is it?

Does anyone think the prices on X1900XT cards will drop in the next 3 weeks at all?

Thanks!

That $326 one appears to be Retail, and have all the drivers and connectors as retail always does... OEM does not...
Get that one... you will be satisfied and tickled with the price!

I don't think the prices will drop much, if at all. What with oil prices going up again and inflation on everything, the prices may even increase.

The $326. card looks the best of the group. Buy it and be happy. What's the difference? One gets you to pay more money for less features on the basis that its "OEM".

$326 is a "L"retail Lite version, comes with one software CD vs. 4 for the "R" retial one. I'd go for the $326 one; best value.

even if it doesnt have the pci-e power cable or the dvi converter(assuming you need one) they cost hardly anything and drivers you can download so dont be put off by oem or retail lite
