Microsoft does not have a downloadable MS Reader for the Pocket PC. What
exactly did you install? And, what is the error message you see?

Aw heck. I hate it when I'm wrong. OK, I see the download at...

Try downloading it again and reinstalling.

The error messages might help and a bit more description of what you are
doing and what happens.
eg are you opening the program or an ebook, have you tried the other way,

I did the same thing, and have the same config...Apparently, when MS
reader installs, the shortcut it puts in the Programs menu is a bad
shortcut. Just use File Explorer to delete it and make a new shortcut
in Windows>Start menu>Programs pointing to the Msreader.exe file in
the place where you installed MS reader. It worked for me.
And I got the same error when I installed MS Reader for the first
time.
