ACS, AD, and QoS issues. I need some help

i have 2k server installed and have been doing fine for nearly 2 months now
and suddenly a few weeks ago i start seeing this error message popup in the
event log (listed below). this server is solely hosting several websites
that i'm messing
around with trying to learn Win2k Server on. when accessing the sites from
the outside (away from my house) i can see the sites for a few moments, but
then they are no longer found (404 errors). any help will result in great
relief. thanks in advance,
