I don't know where you can buy them, but I've often found
these scrolls hidden in urns in smuggler's caves.

Mmm.. I just collected all the probes and picks I could find. I would
carry a LOT of them, from apprentices up thru grand masters. Now, who
needs a scroll or enchantment? I can pick 100 pt locks now I just
kept working at it. At first, I'd pay for training. That got me going,
but once I became able to probe and pick successfully I quit training
and kept on working at it. I'm not too bad at sneaking either and I'm
not a thief
But I still gotta get better at repairing armor!
