Hi All,

I want to rename the domain name with domren, but I got:

The Behavior version of the Forest is 0 it must be 2 or greater to perform a
domain rename: The server is unwilling to process the request. :8245

How can I fix this.

Thanks

Jeff

You must be running all server in your forest on Windows Server 2003. If
this is true, you have to go into ADUC MMC and raise your domain functional
level to 2003 and after that in Active Directory domains and Trusts rise
your forest functional level to 2003.

Hi Matjaz

This is a only server (SBS 2003) in this company. I did "raise your domain
functional level to 2003", but still got same error.

I wonder if I can rename this only domain's name

You still have to rise forest functional level to 2003, not just domain.
