Hi to all! is there any effect on Active Directory if I move the ntds.dit to
other Drives?

Won't hurt, might help.

Moving the database to its own spindles and the log files to their own
spindles can increase speed for certain operations (particularly writes) but
in most situations disk access speed is not a particularly limiting factor.

If you have a space or performance problem you can certainly
move the AD database.

For the largest domains (really big) getting the database on a
different drive from the system, and the lost on a third drive
can help.

Be sure to use NTDSUtil and don't try to move the files by
hand:

NTDSUtil files move db to....
