Can anyone help with this?

I have managed to get the Fiery Rip to work over the network (rip,
router, 1 computer) but I am stuck when it comes to Fiery's Chooser for
the Fiery utilities (specifically the scanner option)

I hate Fieries they always crap out after a month of use...
