ECS MB's

Does anyone have experience with overclocking either the ECS RC410L/800-M or ECS 945P-A. I'm thininking of 1st MB w/ D805, or 2nd with D930. Any suggestions?

I always thought the ECS motherboards were throwaways that Fry's bundled with a CPU when the price was too good to add in a real motherboard...
I'm using mine to set up a Celeron D system for donation to a local school.
