I'm trying to delete a users roaming profile on one of our servers and I am
getting the error
Error box is: Error Deleting File Or Folder
Box contents is : Cannot delete "filename". Acces is denied. The source file
may be in use.

How can I tell what process or user has this fil locked (the profile owner
has been
logged out and anothe ruser is logged into his PC, it's been rebooted etc.)

This sort of issue is fairly common and I'd love to be able to work out why
the
problem is occuring.

regards
Mark

Try

Computer Management - Shared Folders - Open Files

Also you could try Winternals handles -
