What is a good mobo for Pentium D that I can OC a bit, not a lot?

I want:

Pentium D 930 or so
2 GB Corsair XMS memory
x1900 AIW (PCI-e x16)
DVD writer
Floppy cuz I have one, not cuz I need it
500w PSU(is it enough?)

You know.... IMHO, you should wait a bit and get a Conroe system.... unless you're already at your budget limit, or need this system ASAP. If not, here is what I would go for:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600

Mobo: Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3

RAM: OCZ Gold 2GB (2 x 1GB) DDR2-800

Video: eVGA Geforce 7900GT KO Superclocked

Power Supply: Antec TruePower 550W <--- this is overkill, but it's just to be safe

If you need to get this system built ASAP, then here is what I would go for:
