I am a physician trying to set up a little phone consultation template to
make life a little easier for me. I wrote the template with check boxes and
drop down options on my PC, but these features don't seem to be supported in
Pocket Word. Is anyone aware of any programs that would allow me to do this,
or have any ideas that may help? I would greatly appreciate it.

It has to be a Word Processor?

Try Textmaker:
http://www.softmaker.de/tm_en.htm

You can try it for 30 days, and there is an online pdf manual, and it's
compatible with Word.

Sure, Grandasoft's XSForms and the companion XSDesigner (both free
atm) http://www.grandasoft.com/ will get you there. Easy to design,
custom forms for data capture and sync to the PC.

Also worth a look are the user forums, chances are somebody's already
designed a form which pretty much meets your needs. Practice with the
supplied CD catalog to see a few ideas.
