Help me pick which graphics card to buy... the evga or PNY 7600GT. I may run SLI later. I might order my computer tonight so I'm in a hurry, you can see my other thread in general for the whole build.

Get the one with higher clock speeds. It'll give better performance.

Normally I'd totally agree with that one, except in this case I'm not a big fan of PNY. Almost any other brand I would have said...ditto what prozac said.

OK, checked the links. Both are after rebate, and the evga has higher mem clocks and is $5 cheaper. Forget the PNY, go with what prozac said

I have a GF2Ti PNY and 2 GF3 PNY's myself. Like you said, I just like the evga and bfg warranties better than PNY's ...read the fine print .. warranty.

pauldh did you get your geforce 3 new?
i did.. sad i can buy a x1900xt for what i paid for that thing 8O

EvGa all the way. PNY overcharges i think, and isnt *the bang for the buck* i have MSI video cards, but EvGa is top rated, and you get what you pay for

Yes I did buy them new, but it was after the GF4Ti's and even the R9700 pro were released. SO I never owned it in it's prime. I actually bought 5 of them at once and got a very good price for that time period. I had no issues with my two nor ever got any complaints about the ones that got sold off in budget gaming systems.

I don't prefer either, but go evga if thats your options. I don't like PNY at all, heard a few problems.
