Can I format and partition a SATA drive to FAT 32 using FDISK on a win me boot floppy.

The reason I want to do this i already have a 185 GB EIDE HDD partioned and formatted to FAT 32 with shedloads of files etc on it, I also have lots of old games that i still play and a lot probably wont run on NTFS file system. and i want a new HDD and i'd rather get a SATA drive so when i eventually build a new system i'll carry over the new sata drive

'm running win xp home

You shouldn't have a problem with this, i have formated my SATA drives using FDisk and had no issues.
