Small Form-factor question

I'm planning on building a SFF pc with an AMD Socket AM2 processor and I've pretty much narrowed it down to 2 options.....Just wondering which you guys think is the best:

Option 1:

-FragBox DIY Case
-600w silverstone ps
-120mm fan

-Gigabyte GA-M51GM-S2G Mobo
-nForce 430

Option 2:

-Shuttle SN27P2 Barebones case
-SilentX 400w PS
-Integrated Cooling Engine

-Shuttle Mobo
-nForce 570 Ultra MCP

Option 1? 600W Power supply is nice, 400W is barely enough to run a 3200+ with a 7600GT? :lol:
